Anterior segment manifestation of a Vogt Koianagi Harada uveitis. The early diagnosis was made thanks to the AS-OCT CASIA2 image: a choroidal effusion moved towards the ciliary muscle creating a secondary acute glaucoma in a preexisting narrow angle. The patient started immediately the right therapy (high dose intravenous steroids for the panuveitis and acetazolamide tablets with a combination of brimonidine and timolol) and the case was solved in few days.
